More than being a celebrity, being a celebrity’s wife is a challenge. This is something most of the star wives have to deal with it. The challenge is double when the wife herself was a star once upon a time. The perfect example for that is Namrata Mahesh, wife of Mahesh Babu. Recently, she was sharing her thoughts when she came up with some interesting observations. Apparently, Namrata’s debut happened in 1998 with the film ‘Jab Pyar Kisise Hotha Hai’ in Bollywood.
Eventually, she made a mark as a supporting actress. Her life took a turn when she married Mahesh Babu in the year 2005. Since then, she has been in Hyderabad. Sharing her thoughts, Namrata revealed that she had a luxurious life even before her marriage and maintained that life after marriage has not been extra comfortable. She stated that though Mahesh is a big star, he has never shown interest to flaunt his wealth.
The pretty lady also mentioned that they are happy spending time at home and are not into partying or hitting the page 3 circuit. Namrata mentioned that Mahesh is a very stable headed person. Reacting on the kind of attention her husband draws from ladies, Namrata reportedly said Mahesh knows where to draw the line.
As for married life, Namrata is very happy that it has been going cool. With the arrival of Gautam, their son, it has got even better. On the other hand, Mahesh is going great guns with his career. On the flip side, Namrata revealed that she lost her parents three years ago but the incident brought them more together and made them strong as a couple. When asked about Gautam, Namrata reportedly quipped that Mahesh pampers him a lot while she is very strict.
Namrata believes that when kids get everything they want they fail to learn what is right and what is wrong. Apparently, she told the same to Mahesh. However, she maintained that most of the decisions at home are taken by Mahesh. She revealed that though Mahesh enjoys the stardom he never lets it get into his head. Though he has his ups and downs with flops and hits, it is heard that he has changed after marriage.
Regarding comeback Namrata makes it clear that Mahesh didn’t want a working wife and added that it will be very difficult to strike a balance between work and family. As for today’s heroines, Namrata reportedly mentioned that finding talents like Sridevi, Madhuri Dixit, Kajol is difficult and today it is more makeshift. When it comes to Hyderabad and Mumbai, Namrata mentions she likes Hyderabad.
Finally, Namrata mentioned that her sister Shilpa is back to Mumbai and is beginning to make her preparations to get back to films. That’s Namrata Mahesh for you folks.
